Sugar Dodge: Privacy Notice

This notice explains how we use your information when you play Sugar Dodge. It adds to our main privacy policy.

Who we are

REPOWR Hydration Limited, Office 13, The Link Business Centre, Tylers House, Tylers Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2BB, is responsible for your personal data in Sugar Dodge. Contact: hello@getrepowr.co.uk.

What we collect

When you play: your game results (times, which minerals you collected, how the game ended, which flavour you picked) and a random code stored in your browser that identifies your device to the game. This code does not identify you personally.
When you unlock unlimited plays or join the leaderboard: your first name, email address, confirmation that you are 18 or over, and whether you agreed to receive marketing emails. We also store a random key in your browser so later wins go on the leaderboard automatically without asking for your details again.
When you use our website: Shopify, our store platform, processes technical data such as your IP address, as set out in our main privacy policy.

We only send you marketing emails if you leave the marketing box ticked when you submit your details. You can untick it before submitting, and you can withdraw consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us. This does not affect your voucher or your unlimited plays.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers who process data for us under contract:

Supabase stores game results, unlocks and leaderboard entries, on servers in London.
Klaviyo holds our customer records and sends our emails. Klaviyo may process data in the United States, under appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
Shopify runs our online store and vouchers.

We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Game results and the details you gave us: 12 months from your last game, then deleted or anonymised.
Leaderboard entries: shown for the calendar month they were set, then kept only as part of your game results above.
Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Contact hello@getrepowr.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Under 18s

Anyone can play Sugar Dodge, but only people aged 18 or over may give us their details to unlock unlimited plays or join the leaderboard. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
