Sugar Dodge: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is REPOWR Hydration Limited, Office 13, The Link Business Centre, Tylers House, Tylers Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, SS1 2BB ("REPOWR", "we", "us"). Contact: hello@getrepowr.co.uk.
2. Who can play
2.1 Anyone can play Sugar Dodge. Unlocking unlimited plays and joining the leaderboard are open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of REPOWR and their immediate families can play but cannot use the voucher or appear on the leaderboard.
2.3 By submitting your details to unlock unlimited plays or join the leaderboard, you confirm you are 18 or over.
3. Free to play
3.1 Sugar Dodge is free. No purchase is needed to play or to win.
3.2 Each browser gets 2 free plays. If neither builds a full sachet, you can unlock unlimited plays by entering your first name and email address and confirming you are 18 or over. Unlocking is free.
3.3 You need an internet connection. Any data charges from your provider are your responsibility.
4. How to win
4.1 A winning game is one where you collect 1000mg sodium, 200mg potassium and 100mg magnesium to build a full sachet without hitting an obstacle or the ground.
4.2 Game times are measured by our servers. Only games recorded by our servers count.
4.3 To appear on the leaderboard after a win, enter your first name and email address and confirm you are 18 or over. If you have already unlocked unlimited plays, a winning game goes on the leaderboard automatically.
5. The reward
5.1 After a winning game, the voucher SUGARDODGE is shown on screen once you have entered your details, or straight away if you have already unlocked unlimited plays.
5.2 The voucher gives £5 off one order on getrepowr.co.uk with a minimum spend of £20 on products, before delivery charges.
5.3 The voucher can be used once per customer, however many times you win.
5.4 The voucher cannot be used with any other discount or voucher, on gift cards or for subscriptions, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5.5 We may change or withdraw the voucher at any time by updating these terms.
6. Leaderboard
6.1 The leaderboard shows the 20 fastest winning games for the current calendar month, with each player's first name and time, to a hundredth of a second. Each player appears once, with their fastest time. Positions outside the top 20 are not shown.
6.2 The leaderboard is for bragging rights only. No prize is awarded for leaderboard positions.
6.3 A leaderboard month runs from 00:00 on the first day of the month to 23:59 on the last day (UK time). The leaderboard resets at the start of each month.
6.4 We may remove any name we consider offensive, and any time we reasonably believe is not genuine.
7. Fair play
7.1 You must play the game yourself, in a normal web browser, without bots, scripts, modified game code or any other way of interfering with the game or our servers.
7.2 You must not use multiple or false identities or email addresses to use the voucher more than once.
7.3 We may withhold or cancel a reward, remove leaderboard entries and block further play where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
8. Changes and availability
8.1 We may change, pause or end Sugar Dodge, or change these terms, at any time. Any change will not affect a reward already sent.
8.2 We do not guarantee the game will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for games lost because of technical problems.
9. Your data
We use your personal data as set out in the Sugar Dodge privacy notice. We only send you marketing emails if you leave the marketing box ticked when you submit your details. You can untick it before submitting, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Sugar Dodge runs from 21 October 2026 until we announce that it has ended.
